摘要
现代社会是一个终身学习的社会 ,教育必须对学生的终身发展负责 ,为此 ,需要转变陈旧、落后的教育观念 ,确立科学的人才观 ,树立正确的师生观和教学观 。
Deng Xiaoping's idea of cadre education is an important component part of his theoretical system of building the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the scientific summary and development of our Party's long years of practice of cadre education. It is of great significance to the present cadre education to make a conscientious study and carry forward and develop Comrade Deng Xiaoping's idea of cadre education.
