摘要
从不同角度对振动噪声的产生,传播和衰减进行理论分析,解释了由于润滑状态的变化对齿轮装置振动和噪声产生的影响;并且用11种油品进行试验,根据试验结果,提出了如何利用振动信号中的谱线变化识别齿轮的润滑状态、确定普通机械齿轮箱的合理油温区域。
A theoretical analysis is made of the generation, spread and attenuation of the vibration and noise in a gear device,and an interpretation is provided of the effect of the lubrication state on the gear vibration and noice. Eleven kinds of lubrication oil are tested in order to diagnose the gearbox lubrication state by observing the vibrication spectra and to define the rational oil temperature area of a gearbox.
