摘要
武术基本功包括柔韧性、桩功、跳跃等练习 ,经常进行基本功练习 ,可以使身体各部位得到全面锻炼。笔者经过 3年的教学试验 ,在教学中有计划地采用武术基本功练习这一手段 ,能有效地提高学生的身体素质和掌握套路的能力 ,从而提高教学质量 ,达到锻炼效果。
Basic requirements of Wushu include the exercises of flexibility,jumping and etc.These exercises can train all parts of the body.Applying these exercises in teaching for three years,the auther finds out that they can improve the students physical quality effectively and teaching quality as well.
