摘要
将传统GDP绿色化,也就是"绿色GDP"是国民经济核算研究和探索的热点,综观目前国内外的研究情况,主要体现在对国民经济核算宏观水平的思考,对于中观、微观的层次考虑较少。本文从微观的层面探讨农业生产的绿色GDP核算问题。在对近年来生态经济学研究领域的热点——生态系统服务分析研究的基础上,认为农业绿色GDP包含了农业对生态经济系统的服务价值,并初步提出了基于生态系统服务价值的"农业绿色GDP=常规GDP+生态GDP"的核算指标体系和相应的价值计算方法。
Green accounting(green GDP) has been a hot spot in national economic accounting system research in recent years. By surveying the research related with green GDP accounting, mostly of them focus on national economic accounting on macro level, but rarely eyes on the mid and micro level. This article aims at the green GDP accounting of agriculture production system on micro level. By introducing the theories and methods of ecosystem services, we take for the value of ecosystem services as a part of green GDP. Based on the bygone studies and the theories of ecosystem services, we put forward a formula, that is 'green GDP of agriculture production=traditional GDP+ecological GDP', to accounting the agriculture production system. Many technology for pricing the value of green GDP were introduced.
