摘要 随着世界范围内 2型糖尿病的流行与人口老龄化 ,以胰岛素分泌不足和伴胰岛素抵抗为主要致病机制的 2型糖尿病已成为国内外研究热点。但是许多现有的 2型糖尿病的药物治疗的分子机制尚不明确。随着分子生物学研究的开展及对 2型糖尿病发病关键机制的认识加深 :葡萄糖依赖的胰岛素分泌功能受损、脂毒性。 Along with the prevalence of type 2 diabetes and the trend of population senility worldwide, the mechanism of insulin hyposecretion and insulin resistance to type 2 diabetes has become the focus of world. Most current therapies for this disease were developed in the absence of defined molecular targets. Emerging knowledge about the key mechanisms, such as the impairment of glucose-stimulated insulin secretion and lipotoxicity and the role of muscle resistance to insulin secretion has become the focus of drug therapy.
