摘要
目的 探讨二维超声产前诊断胎儿唇裂的价值。方法 应用二维超声对 2 45 7例中、晚期孕妇的胎儿行颜面部检查。结果 产前诊断胎儿唇裂 5例 ,均经分娩证实 ,唇裂检出率 10 0 %。
Objective To study the value of Two-dimensional ultrasound in examing fetal cleft lip and cleft palate before birth.Methods The fetal faces of 2457 pregnant women in medium and late pregnancies were imaged using two-dimensional ultrasound.Results 5 cases of cleft lip were found before birth, 3 of the cases together with cleft palate. The detection sensitivity was 100% in cleft lip and 60% in cleft palate.Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonography is the important diagnosis method in fetal cleft lip and cleft palate.
