摘要
目的 探讨肝移植术后多种因素与肝静脉血流频谱变化的关系。方法 对 43例肝移植术后肝静脉频谱变化声像图进行总结分析。结果 术后肝淤血、肝肿胀、急慢性排异反应、不同手术方式、门静脉高压、腹腔压力增高、术后血栓、疤痕及HBV和癌结节复发等均可造成肝静脉回流受阻和频谱形态的改变。
Objective To study the relationship between the reasons of hepatic veins blood stream waveform changes after the Orthotopic Liver Transplantation(OLT). Methods The sonographic characteristics of hepatic veins blood stream waveform changes in 43 OLTs were analyzed retrospectively. Results Complications including hepatomegaly, hepatic Congestion, rejection , different operation patterns, thrombus, scar, recrudescent HBV and liver cancer can cause backflow obstruction of hepatic venous.Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging is helpful in understanding normal liver transplantation and its complications.
