摘要
目的:观察必止咳胶囊对燥热型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将206例辨证属燥热型的咳嗽患者随机分为2组。治疗组104例,口服必止咳胶囊(由桑叶、苦杏仁、前胡、桔梗、蝉蜕、僵蚕、木蝴蝶、玄参、麦冬、甘草等组成)治疗;对照组102例,口服咳立顿胶囊治疗。2组均以7天为1疗程,根据病情服用1-2疗程。结果:治疗组痊愈40例,有效59例,无效5例,总有效率95.19％;对照组痊愈16例,有效64例,无效22例,总有效率78.43％。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。平均疗程治疗组为(6.80±1.72)天,对照组为(8.69±2.23)天,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:必止咳胶囊治疗燥热型咳嗽疗效佳,成本低,无毒副作用,具有良好的开发应用前景。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Bizhike Capsule (BC )for coutgh of dry - heat type (CDT). Methods: 206 cases with cough were differentiated to CDT and allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (104 cases) was treated by BC (composed of Folium Mori, Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Radix Peucedani, Radix Platycodonis, Periostracum Cicadae, Bom-byx Batryticatus, Semen Oroxyli, Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Ophio-pogonis and Radix Glycyrrhizae), and the control group (102 cases) by oral use of Kelidon Capsule. 7 days constituted a course of treatment and 1-2 courses were given to both groups accordingly. Results: In treatment group, 40 cases were cured, 59 cases effective and 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 95. 15% , and 16, 64, and 22 cases, and 78. 43% in control group respectively (P< 0.01) .The average treatment course was (6. 80±1. 72) days in treatment group and (8. 69±2. 23) days in control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The BC possesses a better curative effect for CDT with low cost and free of toxic and side effect and possesses a good development future.
