摘要
结合某港的实际情况,应用概率统计和随机服务系统的有关理论,探讨了专用泊位的合理利用问题。文中所用的统计方法和归纳出的公式,可供考核港口专用泊位的利用是否合理时参考或选用,从而为港口科学管理提供了依据。
Based on the survey of the handling capacity of a particular port and the relevant theories of probability statistics and a stochastic service system, the problem of rational utilization of the specially-built berthage is discussed. The statistical method and formulae given in this paper are not universally applicable but can be used to check on the rationality of the berthage utilization, thus providing a useful means for scientific port management.
