摘要
系统地归纳总结了分道通航规划设计中通常应考虑的11项技术因素,提出了相应的分析方法和定量指标,并根据我国成山头水域交通实况,提出了相应的分道通航方案。最后利用Fuzzy AHP法,提出了同一水域内不同分道通航方案间相对优劣程度综合评判模型。
In reference to IMO' s' General Provisions on Ship' s Routeing' , a systematic summary is made of the technical factors to be considered in planning traffic separation schemes (TSS) ,and a corresponding quantitative analysis and evaluation method is discussed in the light of marine traffic engineering theory. A TSS is proposed for the Chengshantou waters along south China' s coast. Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation model is established to judge the different schemes in the same waters according to Fuzzy AHP.
