摘要
本文分析12例老年风湿性心瓣膜病临床及二维超声心动图,发现老年风湿性心瓣病二维超声心动图有①病变较轻,病程较长;②以二尖瓣病变为多见;③左房扩大为主的特点。它对于协助诊断及与几种常见老年人心脏病鉴别诊断有一定临床价值。
This paper rcports the data obtained from clinic and 2-dimensional echocardiogram in 12 aged patients with rheumatic valvular disease. The characteristic changes of cchocardiogram in these patients were as follows:(1)Thcir valvular lesions were milder and the coursc was longer, (2)The mitral valvc was chiefly attacked in them, (3)The enlargement of the left atrium is onc of main charactcristcs.
