摘要
消费对于经济社会、生态环境和人的发展均具有重大作用,要落实科学发展观必须在全社会倡导和实现与科学发展观相互适应的科学消费,其关键环节是建立健全科学消费的价值评价标准,树立科学消费观念和选择实行健康文明的消费方式。
Consumption acts a significant role to social economic development and ecological environment,so implementing scientific development outlook should initiate or realize scientific consumption which is establishing sound scientific consumption of evaluation criterion,setting up scientific consumption sense and selecting a consumptive mode of sound civilization.
