摘要
领导者的创造性思维有狭义和广义之分,主要特征有创造性、开放性、综合性、多维性、超前性和风险性。领导在工作中应终身学习、大胆开拓、勇于实践,只有这样,才能真正运用创造性思维解决问题。
Creative thinking of leader have difference of narrow sense and broad sense.Its main characteristics have creativity,openning,compre hensive,multidimension,leading and risk.The leader should study all the life,bold in putting things into practice at work.Then,the leader could really use creative thinking to solve the problem only in this way.
