摘要
将自制的丙烯酸酯弹性体、抗氧剂和光稳定剂与聚甲醛熔融共混后进行紫外线老化实验 ,并对老化前后试样的力学性能和表面层分子量进行了测试。结果表明 ,改性聚甲醛的分子量得到了较好的保持 ,抗冲击韧性及断裂伸长率均明显优于未改性聚甲醛。
In this paper a kind of acrylate elastomer, antioxidative stabilizer and UV stabilizer were mixed with POM. SEM photograph showed that acrylate elastomer can be dispersed well into POM matrix through melt-mixing process. The exterior molecular weight and the mechanical properties of modified POM after UV ageing for 1 000 hours were tested. The result showed the molecular weight of modified POM were kept well, which leaded higher impact strengh and elongation at break than pure POM.
