摘要
目的探讨高频超声技术诊断隐睾的价值。方法回顾分析57例隐睾的超声改变,并与手术和病理结果进行对比。结果67个空虚阴囊,右侧26/57,左侧21/57,双侧10例。隐睾具有特征性的声像图。62个在腹股沟管内,2个在盆腔内,1个为盆腔肿瘤,1个异位,1个缺如。结论高频超声诊断隐睾具有较高的准确性,对大多数病例可于术前作出定性、定位或鉴别诊断,并为制定临床治疗方案提供重要信息。
Objeotive TO discuss the value of high-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosing crytorchidism. Methods Ultrasonographic features of crytorchidism in 57 Patients were analyzed retrospectively and compared with surgical and pathological results. Results There were 67 hollow scrotums:26 cases in the right,21 in the left and 10 in both sides. The features of crytorchidism on ultresonography were specific.The locations were 62 in the groin, two in the pelvic,one with pelvic tumor, one ectopic and one absent. Conclusion Ultrasonography has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of cryorchidism. For most cases of crytorchidism, it plays an important role in the differential diagnosis and Clinical management.
