摘要
目的探讨二维结合彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法高频探头对36例乳腺癌患者肿块行二维扫查及彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)检测。结果36例乳腺癌均行手术切除及病理证实,其中34例符合,2例误诊,诊断准确率94.4%;36例中,T1N0M026例(72.2%),T2N1M010例(27.8%)。结论二维高频超声结合CDFI检测能快速、准确地诊断乳腺癌,提高乳腺癌的早期诊断准确率。
Objective To assess the role of two-dimensional color Doppler Ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods thirty-six cases of breast cancer were examined with two-dimensional ultrasound scanning and Color Doppler flow imaging. Results All 36 cases of breast cancer received surgical operation and pathological examination. Ultrasonography revealed 34 cases coincident with pathology, and two false. The accurate rate was 94.4%. Among 36 cases, T1N0M026(72.2%),T2N1M010(27.8%). Conclusion Two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound diagnoses breast cancer quickly and accurately. It improves the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer at the early stage.
