摘要
近年来,国内许多省市或部委陆续实行了科研成果文献查新咨询制度。本文简要介绍了此种发展趋势,论述了实行查新制度的背景及其必要性,讨论了在中国科学院实行这一制度的必要性和可行性。
In recent years,the document searching system for evaluating S & T research results has been set up in many municipal andprovincial institutions.The trends of its development and background are discussed and the necessity to implement this system isexpounded.Furthermore the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of this system in the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)are explained.
