摘要
本文在分析了社会经济信息化的世界性发展趋势及其特点后,重点就有关发展我国信息产业、促进经济繁荣的战略问题,从四个方面进行了论述:①信息对发展社会生产力的重要性;②开发智力资源,重视人才的培养与使用;③加强客观调控,加强整体化的国家情报系统建设;④发展信息产业要有稳定的政策保障。文章最后强调,发展我国信息产业,既要有时代紧迫感,又不能操之过急。
In the first part of the paper,it is demonstrated that our age is characterized by the upsurge of the social and economicinformatization through the world.By analyzing its features,the author argues that the formation of the information industry de-pends on the level of development of science and technology and the productive forces.The second part indicates that the essentialapproach to speed up the development of economy is to bring about informatization,for which some development strategies areproposed.
