摘要
分析了石油化工生产实际中的重点腐蚀部位,较详细地介绍了生产过程中的腐蚀监测技术(如超声波测厚、电阻探针、挂片失重及化学分析法)的选择及应用情况。2001年,通过定点监测发现了81个不安全部位;通过腐蚀监测和"一脱三注"工艺参数调整,使蒸馏装置三顶部位的平均腐蚀速率降到了0.2mm/a以下。
The critical corrosion sections in the refinery process units are analyzed. The selection and application of corrosion monitoring technologies(such as ultrasonic thickness metering, electric-resistance microprobe, coupon test and chemical analysis) in operation are detailed . The pinpointed monitoring in 2001 found out 81 unsafe locations. When 'One Removal and Three Injections' program was practiced, the average corrosion rate of the overheads of the distillation units is reduced to less than 0.2 mm/yr
