摘要
以简单的方法合成了11β-[4-(N,N-二甲基氨基)-苯基]-17α-乙炔基-4,9-雌二烯-17 β-羟基-3-酮。并以添加法经高压液相(HPLC)分析,证实了初期国产 RU 486内所含的少量杂质即为该化合物。该杂质的带入是由于RU486合成原料丙炔气中含有少量的乙炔气所致。该研究工作对于保证和提高国产RU486的质量提供了科学依据。
A simple method for preparing 11β-[4- (N, N-dimethylamino) -phenyl]-4, 9-estardien-17α-ethynyl-17β-hydroxy-3-one was reported in this paper. The title compound proved to be an impurity of local RU486 synthesized in early stage due to trace acetylene present in propyne. This finding provides a scientific basis for improvement of the chemical synthesis process and the quality of local products.
