摘要
本文是在文献[4]的基础上,进一步介绍在高频下工作的三极管零泛器模型,并应用该模型来计算高频放大器的高频特性。同时介绍了用三极管零泛器模型计算放大电路的某些参数的方法。
This paper presents the model of triode nullor working on high frequency on the basis of the model of simplified triode nullor which is introduced in document. And the high frequency characteristics of high frequency amplifier is calculated by using this model. Meanwhile, algorithms for getting parameters of the amplified circuit using the model of triode nullor are also introduced.
