摘要
制造企业在FMS投资前需进行FMS规则方案评价,在FMS投产后需进行作业计划的分析和优化,这些工作都要借助计算机仿真才能完成。本文论述了一个结合上海第四机床厂箱体零件FMS投产过程而开发应用的仿真软件包SJFMSS,给出了FMS的仿真模型和SJFMSS软件包的框图,并对上海第四机床厂FMS实例进行了仿真研究。
Manufacturing enterprises must make the project evaluation before their investments and the simulation with optimization of product plan after the FMS having been setup. These can only be down by means of computer simulation program. This paper presents a FMS simulation package SJFMSS which suits the requirements of the FMS in Shanghai No.4 Machine Tools Factory. The FMS simulation models and the block diagram of the function in SJFMSS package are also given. The real simulation example from the factory has been calculated and some conclusions have been reached.
