摘要
钨铁电除尘模拟、现场试验证明,采用电除尘处理钨铁冶炼烟气工艺可行,采用宽间距等技术措施可降低高比电阻对除尘效率的影响,保证钨铁电除尘器正常运行,使除尘效率达98％以上,烟气排放浓度在150mg/m^3以下,达到国家标准。
Imitations and tests on electric dedusting of ferrotungsten testify than it is workable to treat gas when producing ferrotungsten with electric dedusting process.High rate resistance impact on dedusting effiency is decreased thro- ugh some technical measures of wide gap,etc.The normal operation of ferr- otungsten electric deduster is ensured,the dedusting effiency is reached 98% hi- gh,the exhausting gas density is under 150mg/m^3,This has reached the nation's standard.
