摘要
民主的课堂气氛是实现有效教学的重要条件,是提高师生课堂生活质量的重要保障。民主的课堂气氛表现为课堂人际关系的融洽,师生间的积极互动与交往,教师与学生生命价值的提升。教师、学生、教学环境等是影响课堂气氛形成的主要因素。营造民主的课堂气氛,需要教师更新教育理念,树立教育威信,形成教学艺术风格,提高课堂调控能力,创设良好的教学环境。
A democratic classroom atmosphere is not only an important condition of achieving effective teaching but also an important assurance of improving teachers and students' living quality in classroom. A democratic classroom atmosphere shows as follows: a good interpersonal relationship, a positive interaction and communication between teachers and students, and a promotion of teachers and students' life value. The main factors that affect the formation of classroom atmosphere are teacher, student and teaching environment. Building up a democratic atmosphere requires teachers to upgrade their educational ideas, set up their own educational prestige, form their own teaching art style, improve their ability of controlling class situation, and set up good teaching environment.
