摘要
目的:研究细胞周期调控因子 p21^(Cipl/Wafl)对子宫内膜癌细胞增殖的影响及其表达临床意义。方法:用免疫组化技术检测子宫内膜石蜡标本中细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)与 P21的表达。结果:①PCNA 在正常子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌组织中均存在,其增殖指数分别为4.22±2.94和31.65±7.18,PCNA 的表达在 G2、G3期标本中高于 G1标本。PCNA 的表达与病理分级及临床分期有关。②内膜癌组织中 p21表达率为44.44%(16/36),低表达的 PCNA 标本有 P21的表达;p21的表达在G1期高于 G2、G3期,浅表型高于浸润型,随临床分期上升而下降。p21^(Cipl/Wafl)的表达与 PCNA 的表达呈负相关。结论:p21缺失可能导致细胞周期紊乱,细胞增殖;p21可抑制 PCNA 的表达。
To study the effect of the cell cycle regulation factor,p21^(Cipl/Wafl)on the pathogenesis of endometrialcarcinoma and the clinical significance of its expression.Methods The expressions of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and p21^(Cipl/wafl) were determined by immunohistochemicalmethod.Results The proliferation indices in normal endometri-um and endometrial carcinomas were 4.22±2.94 and 31.65±7.18 respectively and were significantly different from each other.The PCNA expression level in the endometrial carcinomas at G_1stage was significantly lower than that at G_2 and G_3 stage.The PCNA expression level was significantly lower in the endometrial carci-mas of the clinical phases Ⅰ-Ⅱ than that in ones of the clinical phases Ⅲ-Ⅳ.The positive p21^(Cipl/Wafl)expression rate was 44.4%(16/36)in the endometrial carcinoma.p21^(Cipl/Wafl)expression level was higher at G_1 stage than that at G_2 and G_3 stage,and decreasedwith the development of clinical phase.The expression of p21^(Cipl/Wafl)was negatively correlated with that of PCNA.Conclusions Thecell cycle disorder may be induced by the deletion of p21^(Ciql/Wafl).The PCNA expression can be inhibited by p21^(Cipl/Wafl).
