摘要
随着大学生就业制度的改革 ,学校由原来的管理职能逐步转变为服务职能 ,就业指导部门和人员应该努力帮助毕业生认清就业形势 ,了解就业动态 ,转变就业观念 ,分析就业信息 ,掌握就业技巧 ,发展就业能力 ,拓宽就业渠道 ,为毕业生提供更多的服务。
With the reform of graduate employment syste m, the function of the college has transformed from management to service.The dep artment of career guidance and the workers should help graduates recognize the s ituation of employment,understand the trends,transit the concept,analyze the i nformation,grasp the skills and widen employment channels,so as to provide mor e services for the graduates.
