摘要
本文介绍了车轴疲劳裂纹扩展计算的基本原理及计算程序“ZSM”。应用近年来我国铁路车轴断裂力学和车轴载荷谱等方面的研究成果,对我国货车RD_2轴的裂纹扩展规律进行了分析计算,提出了合理控制裂纹深度的理论依据。
In this paper, the fundamental principle and computing program'ZSM' for computing the expansion of fatigue cracks on axle are introduced. Here the research achievement concernint the application of fracture mechanics on railway axles and the load spectrum of axle recently gained in our country are applied. The regularity of crack expansion on the freight car RD_2 axle in China is analysed and computed. There by me present the theoretical basis for controlling the crack depth rationlly.
