摘要
实施素质教育是一项系统的实践工程，强调以教学为主渠道，通过对大学英语、计算机、思想品德修养、公共体育、教育理论与技能训练等公共基础课教学实践平台的研究，以期椎进素质教育实践工程。达到提高学生综合素质的目的。
The operation of quality education is a systematic project, emphasizing teaching as one of the main methods. This paper aims to propel the project of quality education and improve the students' overall qualities in the light of the reseaches on college English, public computation, moral character, public sport, education theory and ability training and other common fundamental classes' teaching and practice.
