摘要
目的探讨超声乳化吸除术白内障治疗的护理配合，提高手术治疗效果。方珐在62例白内障患者行超声乳化吸除术中加强术前准备及术中护理配合。结果62例患者术后1个月裸眼视力在1．0以上者46例(占74．19％)，0．5～0．9者为15例(占24．20％)，仅1例(占1．61％)因严重外伤导致视网膜损伤视力＞0．1。结论白内障超声乳化吸除术的成功与否，不但与手术方式、技术有关，且与合理的护理配合亦十分相关。
