摘要
当前客车采暖装置普遍存在系统漏泄及热传导不良,使客室温度在冬季采暖期达不到预定值。经对大量运行车的解剖、检测,主要为散热管、锅炉腐蚀严重以及水垢、污泥的沉积所致。本文对此进行了原因分析及提出相应的具体改进意见。
Leaking and poor heat conduction exist commonly in the present heating equipments on passenger cars, Tharefore, the temperature in passsenger compartments cannot reach the expected value during the heating period in winter. As a result that a great number of operating cars are dissected and inspected. the severe corrosion of radiators and hearters. the deposition of scale and mud in them are considered to be the main causes. The causes are analysed and relevant concrete improvement suggestions are provided in this paper.
