摘要
为了认识振动干扰波形对晶体生长的影响,采用简化的实验方法,用 Bridgman 装置,在金属枝晶生长过程中沿纵向引入同能级的各种干扰振动(正弦波、随机波、三角波及方波振动)。实验发现,干扰振动对枝晶生长的影响从正弦波至方波依次增强。这和干扰振动频率(或谐波)与固液界面对振动响应的特征频域是否偶合及该振动能量在特征频域上的分布有关。本文的实验结果与分析有助于认识振动干扰波形对晶体生长的影响。
In order to realize the influence of vibrational disturbanceson the crystal growth,longitudinal vibrational disturbances of sinusoidal,random,triangle and rectangle wave patterns were introduced in theprocess of metallic dendrite growth carried out in a Bridgman set-up.It wasfound that the influences of such vibrational disturbances became greater inthe above mentioned order of the wave patterns.This depend on whether ornot the frequency of the vebrational disturbance falls within the characteris-tic frequency range of the S-L interface in responce to the vibrational dis-turbance,and also depeads on the distribution of vibrational energy in thecharacteristic frequency range.The experimental results and analysis arehelpful to the realization of the influence of vibrational disturbances on the crystal growth.
