摘要
采用 Bridgman 方法,在金属凝固过程中引入一阶,二阶,三阶纵向稳态正弦振动,研究了凝固固液界面处液相中的温度分布规律。实验结果与静态凝固相比,振动改变了固液界面处液相中温度分布;提高了固液界面近邻液相的温度;并降低了固液界面处的温度梯度。实验还发现,采用凝固系统一阶共振频率施振时固液界面液相中的温度分布显著变化。
Stable longitudinal sinusoidal vibrations of the resonant frequen-cies of different orders of the solidification system were introduced to it toinvestigate the influence of vibrations on the temperature profile in the li-quid phase during solidification.It was found that,as compared with the caseof static solidification,the temperature profile in the liquid phase was changedand the temperature gradient was decreased due to the vibration introduced.Experiments indicate that the first order resonant frequency shows a verystriking effect.
