摘要
介绍了膜催化反应器的基本原理和应用。简要讨论了在加氢、脱氢、选择性氧化反应中利用膜技术提高反应转化率和选择性的机理。在研究比较现有膜反应特点的基础上,提出了一种新型的催化-分离双功能膜反应器结构。这种结构改善了膜反应器的传质、传热性能。
The basic principle and applications of catalytic membrane reactor are presented in the paper. The mechanisms for the improvement of conversion and selectivity in the hydrogenation, dehydrogenation and selective oxidation reactions using membrane technology are briefly discussed. In comparison with the present catalytic membrane reactor, the authors propose a new type of catalysis-separation membrane reactor. The characters of mass transfer and heat transfer are improved in this reactor.
