摘要
目的分析应招飞行学员幽门螺杆菌(HP)及其有毒株感染状况。方法分别采用金标免疫斑点法和EIA方法检测应招62例飞行学员血清中HP-IgG及CagA—IgG含量。结果应招飞行学员HP-IgG阳性34例(占54．8％)；血清CagA—IgG抗体阳性29例(占46．8％)。结论HP在应招飞行学员中感染率较高，且多为有毒株感染。
Objective To analyse HP and its condition of virulet strain infection in recruited flying students.Methods Contents of HP IgG and CagA IgG in serum of 62 flying students were determined with gold labelled immue spotting method and EIA method.Results There were 34 cases (54.8%)with positive HP IgG and 29 cases (46.8%)with positive CagA IgG antibody.Conclusion The infection rate is higher in recruited flying students and most of them are infection of virulet strain.
