摘要
目的探讨结核性脓胸并发症的影像学表现。方法从67例结核性脓胸病例中筛选出8例有并发症的病例作为研究对象，分析并发症的胸片和CT表现。结果5例并发支气管胸膜瘘(BPF)患者有4例胸片上可见气液平，CT检查5例均可见气液平和肺结核病灶；自溃性脓胸主要依靠CT检查可见胸肌内形成“冷脓肿”；胸膜恶性肿瘤增强CT检查可见有多发囊性肿块。结论结核性脓胸的并发症应用胸片诊断有很大局限性，CT是诊断并发症的有效方法。
