摘要
目的探讨改良型功能矫治器对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的治疗效果、机理及影响因素。方法分析12例矫治器戴用者治疗前后多导睡眠图的改变及不同疗效患者的面形差异。结果12例戴用矫治器治疗后呼吸暂停指数(AI)平均每小时下降24．2次，呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)平均每小时下降36．9次，血氧饱和度(SaO2)平均从65．8％上升至81．8％；戴用2个月后，除1例明显Ⅱ类高角面形患者效果欠佳，其他均有明显改善。结论改良型功能矫治器是治疗OSAS的一种有效方法，但其疗效与颅面形态有关。
