摘要
目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁治疗心力衰竭(HF)的作用。方法随机将128例HF患者分为治疗组(62例)和对照组(66例)，对照组应用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上再行门冬氨酸钾镁静滴，观察住院期间两组心律失常的发生率和1年内的死亡率。结果治疗组与对照组恶性心律失常发生率分别为6．5％和19．7％(P＜0．05)，1年内死亡率分别为16．1％和37．9％(P＜0．05)。结论在治疗HF时应用门冬氨酸钾镁可有效降低恶性心率失常的发生率和死亡率。
