摘要
目的研究肺癌组织的DNA含量与病理学分级的关系。方法采用流式细胞术对30例新鲜肺癌组织制成的单细胞悬液进行DNA含量分析，同时进行病理学分级。结果肺癌三级组间的S、G2/M各时相比率和细胞增殖指数以及DNA指数均有显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论肺病变组织细胞DNA流式细胞术检测可以作为病理学分级的量化指标。
Objective To study the relations between DNA content and pathological grading in the tissues of lung carcinoma.Methods DNA content analysis was made in single-cell suspension of 30 fresh lung carcinoma through flow cytometry.Results There were significant differences in the ratios of S,G 2/M in each phase,proliferative indexes and DNA indexes(P<0.01).Conclusion The flow cytometric analysis of cell DNA in lesion tissues can be regarded as a quantization index in pathological grading.
