前列腺癌实验室诊断进展
摘要
目前在临床上广泛应用的血清前列腺特异性抗原穴PSA雪检测早期诊断前列腺癌穴PCA雪尚不理想,特异性不高,且PSA的升高,很大程度上意味着癌变已经发生,而不能在癌变发生之前提示其高度危险性。因此发现一些敏感性高、特异性强的指标诊断PCA十分必要,使更多的非PCA患者免受前列腺活检之苦。
