摘要
认为分类人员的素质是保证中文图书分类质量的关键 ,分类工作的标准化、规范化是保证分类质量的基础。为保证图书分类质量 ,必须对查重、主题分析、归类、确定类号和复核等相关环节作准确的控制 ,并要重视对图书类号的改编工作和保持分类人员的相对稳定。在思想认识上 ,应消除因在版编目的存在而产生的对分类工作的误会和偏见 ,在分类人员的配置上 ,人员之间的知识结构应有互补性。
Think that categorised personnel's quality is the key to guaranteeing Chinese books categorised quality,categorised standardization,standardization of work divide and guarantee categorised foundation of quality.For guarantee books categorised quality,must to check serious,subject analysis,sort out,confirm class mark and check,etc.relevant link act as accurate control,want and pay attention to to books adaptation job of class mark and keep categorised personnel relatively stable.On not thinking and know,should dispel because in a edition of existence catalogued producing to categorised misunderstanding and prejudice of work,on categorised disposition of personnel,knowledge structure of personnel should have complementarity.
