摘要
图书馆已日益成为电子信息资源的加工、保存和传播中心 ,但违规的资源扩散侵犯了知识产权 ,影响了图书馆的正常服务并导致其他损失。本文提出用代理服务器连接电子资源服务端和用户端的系统结构有利于在减少违规行为的同时增进合理的信息传播 ,给出了系统结构并讨论了实施中的 3个具体问题。
Library has become new center where digitalized information been processing,conservation and proliferation.But abuse,mass diffusion and other usage rule violation event may occur,embarrass normal library services and cause other loss.We argue a system utilize proxy server to connect resource side and client side could alleviate such problem.A system frame is proposed,followed by discussions about three issues respect to system deployment.
