摘要
电子政务信息资源的共享是电子政务建设的重要目标 ,是政府信息化的“核心”。目前 ,如何保障电子政务信息资源的共享已成为政府信息化建设进一步发展所面临的又一重大难题。从信息安全、技术、法制、人才等方面入手 ,构建一个完善的、全面的保障体系对电子政务信息资源的共享具有重要的意义。
