摘要
在深入研究GTO开关状态识别的基础上,用阴极负电流识别阻断状态,进而提出一种简便实用可靠的新型桥臂互锁方法。
The gate turn-off thyristor (GTO) at the upper and lower bridge arms in the inverter circuit need to be interlocked, or otherwise penetrating shortcircuit will occur at the arms. This paper presents a new method, simple, practical and reliable, of interlocking the bridge arms based on the study of the identification of the on / off state of the GTO and on the identification of the blocking state by using negative cathode current.
