摘要
以成型鼓机构为例,研究了机构型综合与尺度综合的相互关系,提出一种型综合权函数方法。利用该方法可以把型综合与尺度综合有机地结合起来,得到由给定运动规律确定的机构最佳结构形式。结合子午线轮胎成型鼓的权函数,给出了应用实例。
To select the type of plane multi-linkage to meet demands of engineering design is one of the key questions of mechanism-type synthesis. Nowadays we have no good method to solve this problem. In this paper, the relationship between type synthesis and mechanism synthesis for tire building drums is analyzed. And a new method for type synthesis-power function method is advanced. By means of this method, a new-type mechanism for meridian tire building drums is obtained, which is granted the patent of invention.
