摘要
研究对外贸易可持续发展的实质就是研究贸易与环境的最佳协调。环境问题刚开始被认为是一国的国内问题,但随着国际贸易规模的扩大,日益扩大的非持续性的生产和消费活动逐渐超出了生态环境的承载能力;且随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人们更加关心环境的质量,增加了人们对洁净环境的偏好。环境问题以及与之相关的贸易的可持续发展问题日益受到人们的重视,逐渐成为国际社会关注的焦点。
To study the sustainable development of foreign trade is to study the best coordination of the trade and its environment. The paper aims to set up the standards of foreign trade, define the problems with and challenges to China's foreign trade. It also discusses some key questions and suggestions for policy adjustment.
