基于光环形器的高增益L波段EDFA设计

Hight-Gain L-band EDFA Design Based on Optical Circulators

摘要 设计了一种基于光环形器的双通结构L波段EDFA,并与单通结构的L波段EDFA做了比较,结果表明其增益较传统L波段EDFA提高了7dB,功率转换效率提高到27.29%。分析了接收端的噪声特性,并在原有结构基础上对放大器做了改进,使得信号增益提高了0.6dB,噪声系数至少降低了0.3dB。
