摘要
目的 :探讨妊娠合并肺结核患者终止妊娠的处理及其安全性评价。方法 :对28例妊娠合并肺结核患者终止妊娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :28例妊娠合并肺结核患者终止妊娠手术均获得成功 ,无并发症发生 ,预后良好。结论 :对妊娠合并肺结核应以预防为主 ,早诊断早治疗 ,适时恰当终止妊娠是安全的。
Objectives:To investigate the termination of pregnancy for pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis and the evaluation of its security.Methods:The clinical data of28pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis were reviewed.Results:The termination of pregnancy for28pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis were succeeded.No one had complications.Conclusion:Prevention of pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis should be focused on.We emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and institution of therapy.The termination of pregnancy for pregnant women with pulmonary tuberculosis are secure.
