摘要
研究了施用饼肥、猪粪、鹿类及苏子4种有机肥对3年生西洋参产量和质量的效应。结果表明:苏子(50～75g/m^2)和鹿粪(500～750g/m^2)可促进参根总皂甙和粗淀粉含量增加、苏子比对照总皂甙平均高0.35个百分点,粗淀粉平均高2.23个百分点;鹿粪比对照总皂甙平均高0.24个百分点,粗淀粉平均高2.70个百分点;从而有利于提高西洋参加工产品质量。饼肥(100～150g/m^2)和鹿粪有增加参根干物质积累趋势,但差异不显著。
The ettects of applying four kinds of organic fertilizers, i. e, soybean cake, pig feces, deer feces and perillaseed,; on the yield and quality of 3-years old Panax Quinquefolium were studied. Our results showed that the perillaseed (75—l50g/m^2) and deer feces (500—750g/m^2) promoted the increase of total saponin and gross starch in the roots. As compared with CK, applyng the perillaseed made the content of the total saponin and gross starch increased by an average of 0.35% and 2.23%,respectively.While applying the deer feces made the total saponin and gross starch increased by an average of 0.24% and 2.70%, respectively.Thus, it is advantageous to the quality improvment of the processed products of P. quinquefolium.The soybean cake (100—150/m^2) and deer feces tended to increase the dry natter accumulation of roots,though their effects were not remarkable.
