山楂等果树越冬期枝条丙二醛含量与抗寒性的关系 被引量:5

摘要 越冬期对山楂等落叶果树枝条进行丙二醛(MDA)含量测定结果表明,枝条内 MDA 含量随自然温度的下降而增加;抗寒性强的品种 MDA 含量低,抗寒性弱的品种 MDA 含量高。这一结果与试材电解质外渗率的变化相一致。果树越冬伤害的发生与自由基伤害有关。对抗性不同品种测得的枝条 MDA 含量和电解质渗出率分别进行 t 测验,以 MDA 含量做为抗寒力鉴定指标可能比电解质外渗率更为灵敏和精确。 The cont of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the shoots of tow apple;three pears a and pricot;one hawthorn,plum and peach varieties were determined.The results Indicated that the MDA content in the shoots increased relevantly with the temp- erature decreased.The cold-tolerant scales of the varieties had a highly negative correlation with MDA and eledtrolytic leakage rate.The cold-tolera and varieties had lower content could be the index of cold hardiness for fruit trees,and that winter injury of fruit trees happened to corelate with free radical injury.T test was more accurate and sensitive than electrolytic leakage rate as an index of cold hardiness to cold hardiness to fruit trees.
