摘要
人参根部的淀粉酶比活力高于叶片,整个生育期呈双峰变化,其绿果期和成熟期较高;叶片的淀粉酶比活力在花前期和绿果期较低,红果期升至最高,整个生育期中呈单峰变化。不同年生人参叶片的淀粉酶比活力在绿果期和成熟期差异较大;根部的酶活力在整个生育期中差异则较大,尤以花前期最明显。叶片的年平均酶比活力以3年生的最高,2年生的最低,其它年生的相近;根部的年平均酶比活力则为6年生的最高,3年生的最低。
The rate of amylase activity of ginseng root was higher than leaf.There were double peaks during the period of growth.They were higher amylase contents in the periods of green fruit and mature fruit.The rate of amylase activity of leaf was lower during the periods of pre-flower and green fruit.The content of amylose was the highest in red fruit There would be single peak in the entire growing period There would be much differences of the rate of amylase activity of leaves in different ginseng ages on the other hand the amylase activity of ginseng root was much difference in the green fruit and mature fruit The difference was obvio- usly in pre flower of stage.The highest content the rat of average annual of leaf was in the third ginseng.The second age was the lowest The other ages were alike similar. The rate of amylase of annual mean of ginseng root was the highest in the sixth annual ginseng the third one was the lowest.
